Q: Toast Titanium 11 DVD Menu

Hi,

Can someone assist me as I am confused on how to put a menu front end on my DVD with Toast Titanium 11. After I burn the DVD it only gives me the movie from FC Express HD no menu at the front end as in iDVD.

Can someone assist me please.

I don't know what your problem is?

Select the "Video" button along the top and then select "DVD-Video"  whereupon the menu creation options should appear on the right hand side.

Then drop your video into the main part of the window.

Having said that, the menus in Toast are absolute rubbish, so I don't know why you don't use the far superior iDVD.

    I'll second Ian's iDVD suggestion.

It does a much better job in the customizing department.

    Thankyou Ian & Alchroma,

I would have used iDVD but as mine got corrupted and I was told that Apple do not produce or support iDVD any more.

The disc or program was corrupted?

While Apple does not support iDVD the last few versions work fine even in Mavericks.

    Al,

What do you mean by Mavericks. As I am in engineering and this is a hobby there are many terms in engineering that other people would not understand. I have deleted iDVD out of my applications I cannot upgrade. How can I get an original version again and then I can upgrade. To add I have done to the letter what Ian told me and still do not have a front end menu on the DVD that has come out of Toast Titanim 11. Only the movie from FCP.
