I can watch music videos on ITunes on my PC (Windows 7 Pro 64 Bit) but after a few bars of sound, I can't hear any more? I've had this happen some time ago, and someone helped me out. I've forgotten how .......please help?

Sorry, this hasn't helped. I had this problem once before and someone very kindly provided a simply solution to what I believe is quite common. Just wish I'd kept the solution safe somewhere?!
