Language setting not reflected on Safari

My previous language setting for my iPad was korean, and I changed it to English.

But still Safari looks like set as Korean considering search bar is written in Korean, and speaking function operates in korean.

Why only Safari language does not change? How can I change it?

(additional info : I syncronized ios safari with my mac safari (which is in korean too) before.

i thought it could be a factor so disconnected ios safari from mac safari. But still safari language does not change...)

Check in Settings > General > International to be sure you really have set it to English.

If yes, then you can try resetting your iPad by simultaneously pressing and holding the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons until you see the Apple Logo. This can take up to 15 seconds so be patient and don't release the buttons until the logo appears.

Try again to see if the problem persists.
