Q: rented movie doesn't play. opens and shows pause button, but timer doesn't move.

rented movie doesn't play. opens and shows pause button, but timer doesn't move.

after pressing the play button it tells me i'll have 48 hours to view and i click ok. then...as above.

What's going on? I want to watch the movie.

iMac (24-inch Early 2009), OS X Mavericks (10.9.2)
