rented movie doesn't play. opens and shows pause button, but timer doesn't move.
after pressing the play button it tells me i'll have 48 hours to view and i click ok. then...as above.
What's going on? I want to watch the movie.

I had the same problem.
Check for available downloads to complete the download process (in accounts tab)
If not that...
To fix, I right-clicked on the icon of the movie and selected 'download'.
I think mine had interrupted download as I'm sure id already downloaded the whole thing!
