Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

rented movie doesn't play. opens and shows pause button, but timer doesn't move.

after pressing the play button it tells me i'll have 48 hours to view and i click ok. then...as above.

What's going on? I want to watch the movie.

iMac (24-inch Early 2009), OS X Mavericks (10.9.2)
