Q: I cannot update my iMac9,1 to 10.6.8
My iMac is telling me to update to 10.6.8 version software but it's not saving it's telling me that it's not saving file could be corrupt... what can I do?

How are you trying to update your Mac OS X version, and what version do you now have?
The knowledge base article you reference is for the Mavericks requirements. Are you trying to update Snow Leopard so you can install Mavericks?
