My router was damaged and was turning off and on at night. This screwed up mi iPad 4th Gen. "Find My Ipad" will not turn off. It just puts up a message saying it is turning off and then stays there. I have been online with my pc and checked Find My Ipad online - my machine is not stored online at all. Bit confused by all this.
Any ideas.?

Are you using a new router now? Can your iPad access the Internet?
Ipad is fine apart from the Find My Ipad problem. Connects fine. Just this daft problem. Cheers
How are you trying to turn off, "Find My iPad"? Via Settings > iCloud? Are you being asked for your Apple ID password?
Cheers man. Bizarrely enough it is working again. Did what you suggested before and got no joy. Left it for ages, then got the update and now it works. Was it the update that fixed it? No idea. Thank you very very much for the input. Gentleman.
