Q: Mails are marked as spam but they are not spam. How to manually manage spam filter?

Hi all,

I received a couple of spam mails in the past. Sometimes it was recognized by the icloud spam filter, sometimes not. I wanted to help to improve the recognition rates and get rid of the spam. So I reported the spam via spam@icloud.com. The result was that the spam is gone now. Thanks @icloud.com !

Now here is my (new) problem. I forward mails from a different address to my icloud.com address. Since a couple of days I receive mails from my other mail provider with the following subject: "Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender"

Body of the mail contains the following:

This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of

its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address

failed:

"xx.xx@me.com":

SMTP error from remote server after RCPT command:

host: mx1.me.com.akadns.net

5.7.1  Mail from IP 82.165.159.35 was rejected due to listing in Spamhaus SBL. For details please see http://www.spamhaus.org/query/bl?ip=82.165.159.35 :xx.xx@me.com

<enter original header here>

This would be fine for me since I could filter those mails by rules. BUT since I receive these mails also mails were not delivered which were not spam. E.g. from eBay which is not spam to me.

Any idea what to do or who to contact?

Thanks in advance,

Tobias
