Q: I am having trouble getting profiles from my ICU on to both my iphone 4 & 5? Can somebody help me figure out why I cannot get my configuration profiles to install onto my iphone

I am new to iphones and IOS, so this may be a trivial matter. I have connectioned both an iphone 4 and an iphone 5 to my PC(running windows 7 sp1 x64), and windows recognises both phones. I then start up the Iphone configuration utility(3.6.2.300), and it also recognises the phone. I can create configuration profiles using the ICU, but I am unable to install those configuration profiles onto either of my iphones.
