Issues Accessing Twitter & Facebook on iPad (webpage not available). Help needed.

For some reason I am having issues accessing Twitter and Facebook on my iPad (both in app and in browsers). It works on other devices just not iPad. Don't understand why. In app it simply won't load any information and in browser (chrome/safari) it says "webpage not available". Can someone please offer some advice? Thanks.


FYI- I recently updated to the new iOS 7, but this was an issue prior to updating.
