Mar 18, 2014 11:59 AM in response to magrizzby King_Penguin,You can view the purchase history of your account via your computer's iTunes : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option, you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it. Click on that and you should then see a list of your purchases (the most recent is above the list).
If your grandson did make did do the purchase then all purchases are considered final, but you can try the 'report a problem' link to contact iTunes Support and see if they will refund or credit you (we are fellow users here on these forums) : http://reportaproblem.apple.com
If the 'report a problem' link doesn't work then you can try contacting iTunes Support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
To try and stop it happening again you can use Settings > General > Restrictions on your phone to prevent in-app purchases, and to require your password to be entered for every download (the default is a 15 minute period during which it doesn't need re-entering).
