Q: When can I use two-step verification process in Mexico? Is there a reason why I can't use it in a country not listed in the article?

I'm on my way to get two-step verification codes on all the sites I can. Knowing Apple is always cutting-edge with security and this kind of processes I was confident they had it in place, but it seems it is possible on a REALLY small number of countries.

When can I have two-step verification option in Mexico? Is there a technical reason why not to include any country in the support?

    We are fellow users here on these forums, we won't know when it will be available in Mexico until if/when Apple announce something.

    As KP said, none of us here will know.

     

    Is there a technical reason why not to include any country in the support?

     

    There could be technical, or it could be something with your country's laws or even an existing patent there, or it could be some combination of both. Again, we here would have no way of knowing.
