I already upgrade my iphone to IOS 7, and I forget my my icloud activiation mail and password.

I have a big problem with my iphone 5 i cloud activiation mail. The mail that reg. with was not mine. After upgrade mine it does not open. That mean it is locked up and I can not activiate again.

Please tell me how to activiate it up again.
