Photo not showing on image capture and iphoto

Dear all

IPhone5S Gold

16gb

whenever i take a new photo

it wouldn't show up in image capture and iphoto

but the photos are in my phone

and i want to transfer the photo to my macbook pro

I think its got some problem when my iphone5s

the image capture and iphoto can scan any new photos of my iphone 5s

what can i do about this problem?
