Why won't my preorder download?

I preordered the Supermodel album months ago and Foster the People released it today, but iTunes says that I have to purchase the rest of the songs (since they released 2 of the songs before the album came out, which came with the preorder). What should I do? I don't have any money left on my iTunes account since I spent the rest of it to preorder the album. Thank you!
