iPhone 5S Battery Drained. 97% to 56% in 10 minutes.

I bought iPhone in last week of January but after iOS 7.1 update I am noticing significant drop in my battery performance. In just 5 minutes it reached to 56% From 97%.

What is the issue man? We paid more than 1000 USD just for this ****.
