Q: I am trying to make an in-app purchase and being rejected and prompted the support page.

Unable to complete an in-app purchase, keep getting error messages although i can buy other products on the apple store.

iPad Air Wi-Fi, Cellular, iOS 7.1, English interface

    If you are getting a message to contact iTunes Support then you can do so via this link and ask them why the message is appearing (we are fellow users here on these forums, we won't know why) : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

    i have the same problem too.  I am able to make in-app purchases for one of my iPhone games, but not the other.  It makes no sense.  I submitted a support case question to Apple for assistance, but of course it says response time is 24 hours.  What if someone wants help IMMEDIATELY?  This has been happening for 3 days so far for me and I'm sick of all the problems with Apple.
