First of all, make sure that you are using zeros instead of capital O's when entering your serial number.

Also, is your LE8 a full version or an upgrade from an earlier version? If it's an upgrade, try entering the serial number for the original full application.

If I remember correctly, there were two "upgrade" packs for Studio 2: one for owners of "Studio 1", the other for owners of LE8?
