My password works for everything else except for when I get to itunes. What do I do? I unplugged my phone and it didn't work, so I plugged it back in and had to through restore. My password worked two times just fine then.
I accidentally unplugged my phone when updating, so I have to restore it. I was asked for password twice, it worked. Then I got to itunes and my password is not working. Can anyone help? I am using my itunes password, I am positive. Can anyone tell me how to request a new pw while on the backup/icloud/itunes screen?
