Review ADN : Sync Contacts HELP!!!!!!!!!!!

It's been a long time since my iphone 4 with ios 7 hasn't stop showing this REVIEW ADN message saying to Sync my contacts but everytime I do it shows error and that the operation can not be completed. I've seen the same solutions everywhere but with ios 6 wich is TOTALLY different so please if anyone can help me it would be awesome
