iOS 7.1 broke Siri. Anyone else experience this?

I recently did the iPhone update to 7.1, and ever since, Siri won't work properly. I looked up how to use it now, and it says to hold down the Home button, and to release when you have asked Siri something. As usual, I tried pressing and holding the Home button, but Siri's UI did not pop up at all. Has anyone else had this issue?
