How do you get a digital copy of frozen to work on an iPad? I'm in Canada if that matters for certain apps are not available here.

Needing help with getting my digital copy of Frozen to work on my iPad. I'm in Canada and we don't have some of the apps available to help download this to my device. Getting frustrated! Please help.

iPad (4th gen) Wi-Fi, iOS 7.1

I live in Canada and had no issues accessing or downloading all the content for Frozen from the US BluRay package I purchased yesterday in the states. I went to the site, entered the code, selected the iTunes delivery option, and it came across fine today.


There was that silly little known-glitch around having to exit from iTunes, re-opening the app and then authorizing my computer before I could actually play it, but that seems to be par for the course for iTunes with most Disney digital downloads.

Did you find a solution to this issue? I also had (have) the same issue (with USA purchase). I'm guessing you selected the option for iTunes AND HD digital download (as I did) rather than the iTunes only option as jwnrw suggest. I had the same results; when selecting the play in iTunes option after what appears to be the the completion of the transaction; it launches iTunes but takes you to a purchase screen with no option for entering the code. When going back to the DigitalCopyPlus site and trying again (even if trying the iTunes only option), it identifies the code as already being redeemed and again provides a "play in iTunes" button which again launches iTunes back to the purchase page. Does not show up under "Purchased" nor in the iTunes check for downloads option; which is where your purchases can get hung up should something interfere with the original download.
