I bought my mac book in States, and I now live in Canada . I cant switch my apple ID to Canada ?

Yes. All you should need to do is choose the Canadian Store instead of the US store.

Change the country of your iTunes Store, App Store, iBooks Store, and Mac App Store account -
Open the iTunes Store on your Mac, scroll to the bottom of any page in the Store, and you will see a little round American Flag in the bottom right-hand corner. Click on it, and there you will be able to select another store. However, you need to make sure that on your iTunes account, you have a Canadian address for you, and that the bank for your Credit Card also has a Canadian Address. Also, if you have any iTunes credits left in the American store, you will need to spend them or have iTunes Support remove them before you can switch.

already did but as soon as I try to download an app it wont let me , and ask me to switch back to US
I had changed my address and cc info but still the same and I dont have I tunes credit left American store.
