What's wrong with my Wi-Fi? (bug report attached)

My wifi went out, and I seriously doubt that it's a hardware issue... Here's a diagnostic report I found:

I just wanna know how to fix it and when Apple might release a fix.

I've tried multiple complete resets of the iPhone, Apple's suggestion of resetting network settings, and yes, even putting it in the refrigerator.

Willing to try anything (except potentially damaging things to my iPhone)

It looks like you covered everything that Apple recommends to fix this issue. I would move on to getting your iPhone serviced as recommended.

If you still can't turn Wi-Fi on, please contact Apple for support and service options. If you can turn Wi-Fi on but are experiencing other issues with Wi-Fi, please see these steps.

I understand your situation and how the iPhone's Wifi suddenly quit working after updating. You are certainly not the first person to experience this issue, nor do I think you will be the last.

If you have restored the software and set up the iPhone as new multiple times, I would gather that whatever is affecting your iPhone is not 100% software related since millions of other people also are running the same software with no issues on their Wi-Fi.

If I had to guess as the situation, the Wi-Fi hardware has suddenly become incompatible or otherwise inoperable with the iOS. As far as a fix, I'm not sure there will ever be one, but Apple would have to be the one to answer that question.

Their current fix is service. If you are in warranty, I would suggest jumping to that conclusion as well since that is what they have posted officially referenced above. If you are out of warranty, there may be other remedies that involve manipulating your iPhone in a way that can cause even more issues, but you won't find those options discussed here on these forums as the violate the Terms and Conditions that we all agreed to when participating here.

Good luck with you issue and I hope you get it worked out.

I've had my new iPhone 5s for three weeks when it started to crash. I had several diagnostic reports and I contacted apple, Engineers. I went through each code or bug type. Most are related to software, but bug type 110 is definitely a hardware issue and now have to get my phone replaced by apple. You may want to do the same and contact apple support, send screen shots one by one and have the engineer explain exactly what each one means. In most cases they can't deal with apps but these don't seem to be causing your phone any issues. But the "110" always means hardware issue.
