Make an exact copy of a SD card with different unreadable filesystems

I need to make an exact copy several times of a SD card with multiple filesystem on. Several Linux and one MS DOS filesystem. I need to make 100 copies of this. How would I go about doing this?

I'm assuming I need to make an image and burn the image to the other SD cards.
