I went to update my phone two nights ago, but when I went to turn it on it said connect to itunes to restore. SO I thought okay, sure. So I did, but now I get an error code: 9006 and it says it caannot complete because the cellular network is not active. Great. I need help, bad. Please!!

Make sure you have the Latest Version of iTunes (v11.1.5) Installed on your computer

Also... If using Windows... Temporarily disable your firewall and antivirus software and try again...

everything has the latest updates. I checked that first.
Are you using windows ?
Then your issue is with your Security Sofware interferring with your connection to the iTunes Servers.

I did. I turned off the firewall and its still not working.
My phone is in restore mode, but my cellular service is not active. Now my phone wont update or factory reset, HELP!!!!!!
