I have the Cannon pixma mg3120 works fine for me with mac os x 10.4.11. I am able to refill the color ink jet cartridge. Press reset + color copy button for 10 seconds.

Select the printer, then find out what operating system is supported. Generally any that support 10.3 will also support 10.4 PowerPC, but you have to double check if they do or don't.
