cant delete mailbox

Hi I think I have made an error. I thought by adding a new mailbox for a new project I am starting it would set the account up. But now all my email accounts seem to have frozen. It also says i don't have the right account password and is not letting me delete the new mailbox account. Does anyone have any ideas to help me pleassssseeee!
