Q: How do I disable background apps from using cellular data? Even when apps are turned off and many other functions are disabled there is still cellular data utilization in the background. Every hour on the hour there is 1-100 KB pulled

How and what can be disabled to eliminate as much cellular data as possible?

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.1

Look at usage and see which apps are using data, then kill those apps.

Did that - Documents and data under iCloud - Off but it pulled 152 KB; iTunes Accounts - cellular data disabled but still pulled 2.3 MB; Storage & Backup and all iCloud (except find my iPhone) all toggled off still pulling data 699 KB and 19 KB. I understand it's only KB but they add up when pulled every hour on the hour times 2 phones.
