Q: Update My Address

When using my Apple ID and password to access the iTunes U Course Manager, I get a prompt to update my address. I thought that I was getting this message because the Apple ID was associated with an old e-mail address, so I went ahead and updated to a current address and went through all of the verifications steps. Nevertheless, I still get the same message, which means that I am not able to access my courses.
