Mail will not send my email

Question

im trying to send email using the Mail icon on the dock / using the provider mail.com. i have removed the account from list and put it back in on.

it just keeps sending mail to the outgoing list why

iMac, iOS 7.0.6

What version of OS X is installed, Mac's don't run IOS as your profile indicates.
