Song not downloading via iCloud

I purchased an album through iTunes on my MacBook. It transferred to my phone via iCloud and all but one song has downloaded. I keep getting the "Unable to Download Song" error message. I would sync it to my computer, but since I got a new hard drive, I don't know how to sync my phone to a "new" computer. Help?
