iTunes: Your credit card information does not match your bank's records.

I know this has been addressed before, but Apple seems **** bent on never fixing it. I just changed the card I'm using in the iTunes store, and it keeps telling me the the information does not match my bank's records. It does. Down to the very last spacing. How can this be fixed, and why is Apple being completely worthless when it comes to addressing this?

I have the same problem and absolutely no formatting errors in my card or address info. I've contacted Apple support about this once before, and ended up in a 20 email loop of no resolution. I haven't been able to purchase anything in the app store in more than 6 months. Funny, I don't have the same problem with the Google Play store though. They are happy to sell me apps.
