i forgot my Apple id and password but I still remember the security questions , but the problem is that I forgot what was my resent email too ..... ! Help me please

You need to obtain proof that the deceased was the original owner of the
iPhone (sales receipt showing serial number from Apple or Apple authorized
reseller is needed, hand written receipt from shop down the lane is not
acceptable) and legal proof that you inherited the iPhone - copy of the will, statement
by executor of said will, etc. When you have both of those items, take them and
the iPhone to the nearest Apple store where they may assist you.
If the iPhone was purchased second hand or from unauthorized seller, Apple will
not assist.
