i forgot my apple ID and password

My apple iphone 4s 64GB wifi not open the control please advice me..

You need to obtain proof that the deceased was the original owner of the

iPhone (sales receipt showing serial number from Apple or Apple authorized

reseller is needed, hand written receipt from shop down the lane is not

acceptable) and legal proof that you inherited the iPhone - copy of the will, statement

by executor of said will, etc. When you have both of those items, take them and

the iPhone to the nearest Apple store where they may assist you.


If the iPhone was purchased second hand or from unauthorized seller, Apple will

not assist.
