Hi! I bought in Miami an Ipad 2 (model A1397-CDMA modelo)16Gb, last February, 2014, and this not work in cellular system here in Brazil. I no longer have the box, because it would take up a large part of my luggage. I called the support to change the model and they said that I had 15 days after the date of the buy, that was on 13th, February. I didn't change before because I saw the problem when I returned to Brazil, after a time in Mexico.Then I would like to know if someone want to change for me by model A1396 (GSM model) (Obviously I return some money).

If you purchased the iPad from an Apple Store, then you are past Apple's allowed return period of 14 calendar days, so no, you cannot return the iPad for a refund. If you purchased from a dealer, then that dealer's return policy if any would apply and if they told you 15 days, then again you are far beyond the allowed period for return.


You will need to sell the iPad to someone in the US since it can only be used with Verizon.
