I have my Iphone 5s set-up to connect with my companies mail exchange server. Now the company requires a specific signiture that has a logo and a confindetiality clause. How can I incoporate this new logo and format into my signiture from my Iphone?

To Further--I just copied and pasted the entire signiture required by my company, but when I sent out a tester the Picture Logo does not show up. Everything else is fine. How do I get the Picture Logo into the signiture?

Unfortunately, you don't. The signature options in iOS are pretty basic and downright lame.
