change pitch of midi instruments

Hello

What is the best way to change the pitch of midi instruments to match source recording of acoustic guitar and voices?

Apple's AUPitch plug-in. Flex Pitch. The Audio File Editor's Time and Pitch Machine.

Anyhow.. for the OP.. If you go to the Instrument Properties tab in the Play Engine... you can fine tune the instruments there.. which would probably be a lot easier than messing around with your own audio files
