Q: Can not Access my Ipad

I attempted to update the software. It got 90% of the way through and then said there was an issue and I needed to restore the iPad (GRR) but ok whatever I restore now its saying I can only access the ipad to the linked Apple ID of an email address that I know I have never used before and is not my Apple ID?

 

Please Help

    That would indicate that the device is Activation Locked to the original owner with that Apple ID.  There is no way to bypass this.  If you know the previous owner, try contacting them to help.  If you do not, take it back to where you bought it for a refund.
