These are user-to-user support forums, and none of us have access to your accounts and hence cannot do anything about your problem. You'll need to report these additional charges to the iTunes Store as you did before. Before you do, make sure by checking your Purchase History that these are not in-app purchases that you didn't realize you were making or that you forgot.
If these are not such purchases, I'd recommend that you immediately change your password to your Apple ID, making sure that 1) it's difficult to guess or just look up (names of pets, children, street names, etc are very bad passwords) and 2) that you don't give that information to anyone else for any reason.
