Pre order instant grad track issue

I pre ordered the new Chiodos Album Devil that drops April 1st and the final instant grad track under the halo just comes up as pre ordered on itunes and $1.29 via itunes on my iphone, the track became available the 18th for instant grad but never installed on my computer or iphone. Am i missing something? If i pre ordered just a day later i'm sure i would have the track by now.
