How can I share my iPhone's wireless connection with my Mac?

The Personal Hotspot feature (which you refuse to use) is how you can share the iPhone's internet connection with other devices.

YOu can't not without personal hotspot enabled thru yoru phone carrier.

If you can't afford to use personal hotspot on your phone, then you can't share your internet.

And you'll still need personal hotspot to connect via bluetooth.
