First I am quite surprise that there is no discussion group about Apple color, or I missed it on the site.
I was wondering if it was possible to use a linear or radian gradient to use in the Secondaries room, in the preview tab or in the color FX room.

Apple killed Color when it released FPX. The appropriate forum for it is the Final Cut Studio - along with Cinema Tools, and a few other elements that were also sent to the bone yard.
Since that time and the current release of DaVinci Resolve, many former Color users have moved on so we see very little to no activity on the forum for Color.
As to your question - have you tried it? What were the problems you encountered?
