iOS 7.1 on iPhone 4 causing sound issues - no text alert, lock sounds, lack of vibration (sometimes) - anyone else got this issue?

Basically pretty much ever since I updated to iOS 7.1, I'm no longer getting my text alert sound for SMS or iMessage, the lock sound no longer plays and there is sometimes a lack of vibration, I can assure the sound is up on high, it is not on silent or do not disturb - though i have it on this sometimes. Has anyone else got this issue? As it is very irritating and needs to be fixed.

If you update ur iphone 4 and lost all those features, the only way you can fix it is with itunes, plug in to ur computer and restore the IOS , before do that make sure to back up all ur info on icloud and ur computer.

Well, in ios 7.1 there are no lock sounds, so u can unlock in silence wherever u r

Sometimes the updates are corrupted and restoring again is the only to fix that, try it and you will see.

Ignore guys, turns out phone somehow went on silent and was glitched up a bit - solved

Both my wife, on a iPhone 5, and myself, iPhone 4S, are experiencing sound issues. Just last night she was trying to play back a recording but no sound. In all cases we had to power down and restart the phone then the sound returns
