iTunes Store: Unable to purcharse, Impossible connect to ItuneStore

Hello Guys.

Well, I had this problem every every day and i try to fix it but i can, So:

My problems is; I Play the Game Clash Of Clans, I have my Credit Card Full, Everthings Ok, But when i try to buy Gems in the game, give me this error : Impossible Connect To Itunes Store ! Unable To Purcharse, Contact to Apple Operator....

Im getting Creazy, Please Guys i Will wait for you. Your help, Thanks So Mutch.!😉
