Hi guys,
After upgrading my iPhone 5S to iOS 7.1 I am unable to connect to any 3G or edge cellular data network. Phone keeps saying that it was unable to activate cellular data network.
I have tried airplane mode, rebooting, resetting all network configurations, and nothing seems to solve this problem.
Anyone else experiencing the same issues?
Please advise!

Turn off phone
Remove SIM card
Wait 10 minutes
Replace SIM card
Cross your fingers
This obviously didn't work. How would 10 minutes without the SIM card solve the problem?
I have tried putting a custom Profile with the correct APN settings but that didn't work.
iTunes will not allow me to downgrade to iOS 7.0.4.
Can someone please tell me any other options?

At thie latest upgrade (which I regret) I did all the steps again but it is not working. Apple could you please help?
