Mar 19, 2014 8:24 PM in response to RoxaLby Gandalf_UK,★HelpfulAs long as the old one connects to some network (either 3G or WiFi) you will be able to track it as long as it is in Lost Mode and you don't hit "Erase iPhone" in iCloud.com or the Find My iPhone App.
Also, as long as it is in Lost Mode, whoever has it just has an expensive brick... even Apple will not override Lost Mode to reactivate an Activation Locked iPhone.
So unless whoever has it manages to jailbreak iOS 7 without activating the iPhone first (and without bricking it in the process), they effectively have a very expensive paperweight.

May 31, 2014 1:36 PM in response to Gandalf_UKby Gennysilva,I'm trying to get my phone out of lost mode because my Apple ID was hacked and I can't get it out off lost mode because it said that this isn't the Apple ID that had put it in lost mode so they said whoever hacked it also changed the Apple ID on my device. So as of right now I have an expensive paper weight and I'm using my old iPhone I have a proof of purchase and apple said the would try to reset it but it's been like this for a week. Losing hope I'd Brantley to use my new phone. Please help
