i bought my iPhone 5s from China, however i resides in Malaysia. I totally didn't aware that this phone was actually tied to AT&T. And most ridiculous, the re-seller over doesn't mentioned and I didn't receive any public announcement from APPLE.

i bought my iPhone 5s from China, however i resides in Malaysia. I totally didn't aware that this phone was actually tied to AT&T. And most ridiculous, the re-seller over doesn't mentioned and I didn't receive any public announcement from APPLE.

It costs a serious losses as I couldn't activate my Iphone due to this restrictions from operators & re-sellers. And, it shall not affect those users who bought from 3rd parties.
