iOS 7.1 Blocked Call List issues

I have tried to load a list of junk callers numbers to the "Blocked" list in iOS 7.1.. As you would expect there are thousands of such numbers. Unfortunately, after having done it, the "Blocked" list takes just 10 minutes or so to load or to do anything with it. It seems there is no option to choose to clear the entire list. If I choose to clear the list one by one, every step takes me 10 minutes or so to do.

I am quite sure that this is a bug in the Blocked caller list. The iPhone Contact is working very smoothly and well.
