VVM:STATUS texts

hi, I'm currently on T-mobile, and all of a sudden, I got a text from '129' at 1:12 am on 3/17/14 saying VVM:Status. its weird because when I went to T-mobile directly after I kept getting messages from '129' that same day, the employee checked my account and said I did not have visual voicemail turned on for my account (Which is $3/month), so he couldn't help me figure it out. I don't currently own
