second hand purchase help
i bought a iPhone 4 second hand and its still linked. i have no idea who the owner was cause i bought it at the swapmeet. is there anything i can do or am i s.o.l.

Activation lock is an anti theft feature.
If you can not get the owner to deactivate find my iPhone, you have a useless device.
You're pretty much SOL. Turn it over to the police. You bought a stolen phone.
