no result in iTunes

my friend sent me a song, i imported it in iTunes, then click get album artwork, but iTunes shows that the album artwork cant be found. then i click show in iTunes, but it shows that no result of my song. after that i check in itunes store, iTunes has that song. so whats wrong with iTunes? is that a glitch or something and how can i fix that?
